    Lego competitions just like Robotica? —Todd A. Schroeder
   I am a huge fan of Robotica and have built many Lego robots and vehicles with different drive mechanisms. Does anyone know of any Lego competitions where I can test out my designs against other Lego opponents? (22 years ago, 10-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics)

     hello ! I live in dunkerque (FRANCE) and we want to organize a robotic competition. Like 36 hours in challenge. Nobody know the challenge before the competition.      (...) Robot Wars was a British show originally, hosted by Craig Charles (the actor who plays Lister on "Red Dwarf"). It's quite good.      If you are anywhere near Ann Arbor, Michigan you could come to my competitions. We have about 5 people who attempt the "challenge" on a bi-monthly basis. There are very few Lego robotic *combat* competitons that I know of, but there are a wealth of other slightly less thrilling contests. The biggest combat for Lego is RoboGladiators, but (...)
