manual is probably what you're looking for:

A pdf version is available on the same site.
Best ask them for the 500 page book - H8/3644 Series User's Manual
(H8/3644 14496 1/98) - and the Electronics Components Databook on CD
rom.  Available free from them direct  - send an email pretending to be
a company.  (I _am_, but they didn't know me from Adam)
