  RE: Droid Development Kit

This is about as low as they got in the US, (approx US $50.00), and for that it's a nice collection of white beams and bits. I'm not sure I would have bought it unless I had the other robotics bricks (Scout and RCX) already. It doesn't do much by (...) (...) I don't think Dave is exactly right, but it is close. (I tested it on my panio.) I believe though that it repeats twice, one octave higher each time. Hope that helps! Cheers, (25 years ago, 24-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics)

  R2-D2 with RXC

Has anyone built the R2D2 (in the driod developer kit) with an RCX in it instead of the micro-scout. My DDK can with a small flyer saying enhace your driod with the robotic invention system. They have a picture of R2D2 with the RCX. I've tried to (...) (25 years ago, 24-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Nope. The really long ones are Mindstorms. They come in handy for remote control. The shortest one (15) and the long middle (70) are from the space shuttle. The 20.5 come in ZNAP and Mindstorms.
