Im ahead of you there, I already did that :p. I need to add even more torque. The the current setup is this: worm to central 40pt gear, 40pt's axle is connected to one 8pt gear on either end and then after that a 16 (i think)on each end also. The (...) (25 years ago, 22-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)

I've noticed that there are some parts in RIS 1.5 that don't exist in RIS 1.0, and that the programming software is supposed to be better (nesting of commands and such), but the Mindstorms site indicates that the upgrade (set #3803) is only (...) (25 years ago, 22-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)

I have successfully trained my Sony Integrated Remote Commander RM-AV2000 (retails for $120) with the $20 remote from Lego. I have not tested training the remote from the IR tower, but I'm sure it would work. I'm also sure you could train any (...) (25 years ago, 22-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)
