Re: NQC, Mac OS X, and the USB IR Tower.

(...) I assume MacNQC won't work at all because it doesn't include USB tower support yet. Re 9.2.1 - I found the same problem when I moved from 9.1 to 9.2.1. The Lego driver was happy at 9.1 and hung during boot with 9.2.1. It would boot ok if you (...) (24 years ago, 6-Dec-01, to lugnet.robotics)

  Rotation sensor woes

I'm having problems fitting my Lego Rotation sensor into my models. It doesn't seem to quite fit properly - even the most basic setup of two beams either side held in place by plates on the top or bottom (with 1 plate on top or two plates below the (...)   Re: wireless X10 cameras - any good?

(...) They suck, don't waste your money. They pretty much require the light of direct sunlight to be able to view anything. Anything dimmer and the picture is so dark you can't see anything. I've been trying to figure out a way to mount a couple of (...) (24 years ago, 6-Dec-01, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) with Model #1 in Joe Nagata's LEGO MINDSTORMS Idea Book, called 'Rolling Car', as the platform. It is exactly like 'IT' without the steering column. It can be programmed to balance.   Re: wireless X10 cameras - any good?

(...) They suck bad... I have three of them. In really bright light they are ok... Just ok. But in 'normal' lighting they are terrible. And the wireless 2.4ghz can't take moving around at all without 'blipping'... It was a huge disappointment and (...) (24 years ago, 5-Dec-01, to lugnet.robotics)
