Tony, If you want to write in C++ to control the RCX from your computer you have two options. You can call the spirit.ocx from C++ just like visual basic does. Or you can write the commands directly to the serial port. It sounds like you are just (...) (26 years ago, 4-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Okay.. Aparently I've bitten off more than I can chew again. I've tried to use the cygwin 20beta1 install with legOS 0.2.1 and It not working.. I put the paths properly in, and it seems to kinda work. but make and all the others spit out errors like (...) (26 years ago, 4-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Hi Mike, I have found that the range on the PalmIIIx to the RCX is quite useable. In medium to low light levels the RCX will respond consistently up to 20 feet away. When I started working on the Palm Remote program I had no idea you were doing the (...) (26 years ago, 4-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)

I seem to remember that someone here installed doxygen and generated a new set of API docs for 0.2.0. Am I correct in that? Or am I smoking something? I'm trying to use 0.2.1 and having problems- no executables are appearing in the demo/ directory. Stepping through the make, I can see that the .dc1, .dc2, etc. files are being made (whether or not correctly I have no idea.) Running make-lx (...) A new GCC/HC11 port is available. I had nothing to do with this one, but it looks much better than the GCC-2.8.1 port that I'm maintaining. It uses the full GNU toolchain.
