Hi Kevin, For awhile there were a number of new features being implemented fastly and furiously on Brickshelf, but no word of any new ones for awhile yet ... there are two items in particular that I've been holding out for: (1) Is there going to be (...) (...) I hate JS with Netscape. Netscape goes on vacation for a minute or so while it starts JS. And it does this for each page. Meanwhile, you look for something else to do because you can't even go read Lugnet or something in another window, (...) (22 years ago, 27-Nov-02, to lugnet.publish)

Re: MOC: Dutch Otherdam downtown and Suburbian home 'Wybert'

(...) Consider using a popup stopper... works wonders. (...) I use it on my color selector and I'd really have a hard time doing one without it, I think. (turn JS on for a sec, then try it) (URL) try the non JS version.. not veru useful) In general (...) (22 years ago, 27-Nov-02, to lugnet.publish)

Re: MOC: Dutch Otherdam downtown and Suburbian home 'Wybert'

(...) Fair enough. I solve similar problems with non-runtime scripts that generate HTML. For example, the photos pages on my church site are all identical except for the picture link, caption text and prev/next links, and that'd be a pain to do (...) (22 years ago, 27-Nov-02, to lugnet.publish)

Re: MOC: Dutch Otherdam downtown and Suburbian home 'Wybert'

(...) To some extend, I understand your concern. Please understand mine. I use javascript because I can't use client-side scripting at my hosting service. To keep my website manageable I need to use generic functions. E.g. my picture tours with (...) (22 years ago, 27-Nov-02, to lugnet.publish)
