  Brickshelf uploading problems?

Hi all, I've been trying to upload pictures and zip files (of pictures) the past few days with very little success. Most of the time, after I click the upload button, Internet Explorer churns away and the status indicator increases slowly. Then, I (...) (22 years ago, 29-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Brickshelf and films

Thanks to Stefan for his post! I'd like to concur with everything he said and add that I hope the horror contest does NOT turn into a bloodbath! Jared and I agree that we are hoping for entries that reflect the more classic, spine-tingling horror as (...) (22 years ago, 28-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish)

Re: A simple idea for improving Brickshelf

(...) Or take a cue from the Macintosh OS 8.5 and up: place the Previous and Next anchors next to each other (maybe even a pair in each corner of the image). (22 years ago, 28-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Brickshelf and films

A small hello from the bandwidth-eaters! For some time now, a new group of LEGO users has been rising, using the bricks and minifigs in completely new ways. We're talking about stop-motion animation here, and the hobby is thriving. Just look at the (...) (22 years ago, 28-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: LEGO Poems

(...) I think I understand that you are saying. First, let me finish making the images for the poems. Then I'll get to work on the room/building concept. -AHui (22 years ago, 27-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: LEGO Poems

I mean, put your poems in a room and the rooms into a building. Can your atmospheric effects be placed within a box? Can you have fog, etc., in a room, but not have fog outside the room? Mike (...) (22 years ago, 27-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: LEGO Poems

(...) What do you mean *city*? Please explian? What I'm thinking is perhaps making a FLASH file where the user walks into a virtual room with *paintings* on the wall. As the user moves thru the room if s/he clicks on a *painting* a poem/image would (...) (22 years ago, 27-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: LEGO Poems

Keep in mind the suggestion to put them in a city. This way you can create a museum or art gallery or something. Who knows, they may find their way into something like Datsville! Mike (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish)

  LEGO Poems

Poerty meets Lego! Back during my high school years I wrote a lot of poerty on various topics. Most of it dark poetry but poetry none the less.   Re: Freeware Drawing Program ??

(...) Try the GIMP, GNU Image Manipulation Program, (URL) has a lot of the capabilities of Photoshop (though certainly not all). And it's totally free. I'm not sure how to do a grid, but there's probably a way. Worst case, you can create one with (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Freeware Drawing Program ??

I don't know if this is what you're looking for or not, but it does allow you to create graph paper and change line sizes and whatnot: (URL) shareware, so that in-and-of-itself violates you're request. Sorry, I'll just crawl back under my rock (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish)

  Freeware Drawing Program ??

Does anyone know of a freeware/shareware drawing program which allows the user to overlay a grid on an image? It's important that the user be able to adjust the size of the grid. All I have on my computer are the standard Microsoft (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jul-02, to lugnet.publish)

Hey Guys, For the past two weeks or so (Probably longer) I keep getting a "page cannot be found" error when I try to access the Gallery search feature ((URL) at Brickshelf.
