(...) I normally use Netscape, and it took minutes for the home page to come up, but when I fired up Internet Explorer, it came up fairly quickly. As much as I hate Microsoft for railroading Netscape, there seems to be no way to avoid using Explorer (...) (23 years ago, 31-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish)

Webspace is nice, but it's not as important as the traffic capacity, especially if your webhost will temporarily shut your site down or require extra fees if you exceed your allowance. If (...) Now I got to borrow my friend's digital camera, brickshelf won't load my images. Their just standerd jpg files. I fill up the upload screen, and then it does the usual generating thumbnails, etc. But nothing shows up in the folder! I'll email (...) (23 years ago, 22-Mar-02, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.general)
