For those who don't know what this is, it is a simple
code called 'rot13' where the letters are numbered from
1 to 26, then for each number, 13 is added or subtracted
to get another such number, then that number is converted
back to a letter.  (There are other ways to describe it,
but I thought this description would be the most easily
understood by the largest number of people.)
