Re: Famous Pieniazeks I Have Encountered

In lugnet.people, Lindsay Frederick Braun writes: What??? you don't consider ME a famous Pieniazek? My father is from a very small town near Crakow so I don't think we're all that closely related. But, the name is more common than I first thought. (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jun-01, to lugnet.people)

Re: Famous Pieniazeks I Have Encountered

ROFL! Even if it's not, that's so interesting. And cool. BTW, I still believe I am the only Shiri Dori alive in the world (perhaps ever) and will continue believing that until someone proves me wrong. :-) -Shiri (25 years ago, 6-Jun-01, to lugnet.people)

  Famous Pieniazeks I Have Encountered

Hi all, In the course of doing my dissertation research in the last year, I had pause to visit the Royal Geographical Society archives to look through the files of Sir Charles Arden-Close, who headed both the Geographical Section, General Staff and (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jun-01, to lugnet.people)

Craig is alive! (was:Re: MIA: Craig Hamilton ("craigo-lego") ?!?!?)

Hey all, Well, Craig is indeed alive. He has been offline but for once it was not his fault - his house was hit by lightning! He's ok though, but all his phone jacks were out for a while. His WebTV is still out. As for his site, since he hasn't been (...) (25 years ago, 26-May-01, to lugnet.people, lugnet.castle.org.cw, lugnet.org.us.dixielug, lugnet.loc.us.ga) !

  RE: Google Groups r.t.l archive

(...) Cool! I found my first post: (URL) you can tell by the number of times I posted, most with at least one broken link, I had no idea how to use Usenet at the time :) I never took the time to figure out how to reply to a post either... I returned (...) (25 years ago, 25-May-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.people)

  Advice from teens' parents?

(XFUT o-t.debate, this is a little about people but has nothing to do with lego) This question is addressed mostly to those among you who are parents - especially parents of teens. What, in your opinion, *as a parent*, are the best and the worst (...) (25 years ago, 21-May-01, to lugnet.people, lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Re: MIA: Craig Hamilton ("craigo-lego") ?!?!?

(...) Although I don't know Craig personally, I do know a lot of comic artists personally, and disappearing is an art second only to their comic work. I wouldn't worry too much, I'm sure he's ok. Fritz (25 years ago, 20-May-01, to lugnet.people)

Re: MIA: Craig Hamilton ("craigo-lego") ?!?!?

(...) I sure don't know the answer here, Craigo has been "officially" incommunicado for some time now -- either by choice or because of some other reason. I know that a DC comic book he drew just came out though: The Spectre #5! I am going to assume (...) (25 years ago, 19-May-01, to lugnet.people)

Re: MIA: Craig Hamilton ("craigo-lego") ?!?!?

(...) I don't know. What is certain is that Craig has been a lot less active than usual in the past half year. I know that he moved but he has long settled in (back in January!!) and he should (hopefully) be OK. However his last post was really (...) (25 years ago, 19-May-01, to lugnet.people)

  MIA: Craig Hamilton ("craigo-lego") ?!?!?

Whatever happened to Craig Hamilton, aka "craigo-lego" ("(URL) not heard from him in over a month.   Child's (over)exposure to LEGO. Can I say that?

Well, my wife and I heard something odd/different from our 4 year old son recently that I thought I'd share here with y'all. Okay, we are regular church-going/God fearing types and we teach our kids about God and Jesus and all that, right? So my (...) (25 years ago, 12-May-01, to lugnet.people)
