Knowing that the LEGO Master Builders have no serious qualms about part
modification, and that they do not have the ability to order custom shapes that
aren’t available to the public, I’d have to guess that it’s just one of these
parts>with the square plate portion chopped off:

Does anyone have a copy of this catalog to double check?

I believe I do have a copy (didn’t it have a brick-built Wampa on the slopes
below? If so, it’s Jango Fett and Ep2 Obi-Wan on the ski-lift, not Boba), but I
have no idea where it is right now.
