No, Lego apparently cant justify the cost of producing the mold for such a
part, nor that of a plate with studs on both sides; however, you can have your
fill of useful parts like this:

| Hi, This is driving me crazy - I THINK I've done the searches correctly but I can't find anything.. Does LEGO make a pin that has studs on both sides? I can distinctly remember building a recent kit (maybe a SW Mini? Spider Man?) that had a really (...) (20 years ago, 14-Oct-04, to lugnet.parts, FTX)
