  basic electronic parts?

I'm interested in adding some simple electronics to my models -- for example, lights, motorized lifts, and so on. Ideally, I'd be able to run (well-hidden) wires from the various lights and motors to some control panel where I would have switches to (...) (21 years ago, 10-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

Re: Brick separator once available in red?

(...) Looks red to me, also. Then again, the 10072 Beams set is always shown in catalog photos with black 44374 tri-beams, but Peeron lists them as the same PearlLtGray color that they originally made them in for the Gigamesh Spybot. I'd guess (...) (21 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

Brick separator once available in red?

Hi there, I'm hoping someone can answer a question about the brick separator shown in this 1990 catalog photo: (URL) my screen it appears to be red. About the same red as the hinges shown just above it. Are my eyes deceiving me? Is my monitor (...) (21 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

  Sidebar resources

I'm gathering a list of resources for information on Lego parts, custom parts, modified parts, parts theory, parts history, etc. for the sidebar of this group. If you have or know of some links that should be included, please email me or post them (...) (21 years ago, 7-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

Re: what is this smooth brown Technic cylinder?!?

Re: what is this smooth brown Technic cylinder?!?

(...) Well, Peeron tells you what sets it comes in. You can go to the lugnet guide ((URL) and see what those sets retail for, and potentially stores that may currently have it in stock. Or you go to bricklink ((URL) and look it up there. It seems (...) (21 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

what is this smooth brown Technic cylinder?!?

I'm in need of a quantity of Technic Pin Joiner Rounds (part 75535). I know I could buy these directly from the stores associated with peeron.com, but as a newbie, I'm wondering if there is a better way. What I'd really rather do is buy a number of (...) (21 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

  Re: Wow!

(...) Thanks, I'll be right over. Soon as we're done with BrickFest, I can shred the MOCs that've used up all my latest "new parts" and put 'em on brickshelf with appropriate gory descriptions of how they got made. Always gives me shivers up and (...) (21 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

  Re: Wow!

(...) Not here they'd better not be. You're thinking of parts.MOD.... :-) Questions suitable for here would be along the lines of "if LEGO could make just one new part next year, what would you choose?" (21 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

  Wow!

They've made a special bat channel just for us! Hope the faint of heart purists don't browse these threads too often. There are all sorts of dastardly doings that are gonna get posted here. Mwuaahaaahaahaahaa (21 years ago, 3-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

Re: STL File for 3D Printing

(...) Ah, oh well. Nice to e-meet you. (...) That's neat. I just spent a week at an RP conference, so the alphabet soup is still pretty fresh in my mind.   Re: STL File for 3D Printing

(...) Nope, that wasn't me. I'm a drafter (1). I haven't been to any brick cons yet, although I'm 95% sure I'll be at Brickfest in two weeks. But.. Hi yourself. (...)
