(...) SF conventions regularly have most of the conference rooms at a hotel for the whole weekend. I don't think they spend 10s of 1000s of dollars (but perhaps close). (...) Actually it was a 24 hour place for the stuff, just not the people. That was a huge advantage. There are very few places that will give you a space to occupy 24hrs without spending huge $$$. I think I would vote for a week earlier or later in June also, as June 15 is my NLS's birthday. Birthdays are rather big events in her family, and I doubt that I'd be able to go to Brickfest without dire 'reaper'-cussions. :-) -Andy Lynch ----- (...)
