  Sale Season
 
Well, it's begun. The Lego "Sale Season", that is. Sears, this weekend, had a 30% off sale on Saturday morning, and this week is the bi-annual 20% off sale at Superstore. (...) The problem is, it takes about 2.5 hours to get there driving time, but that doesn't account for the increased security at the border. Hi Geordan, Did you ever tried to put an creation into an box and surrounding the structure with the loose tempex foam bananas or chips ?   Robot competition coming up in Seattle
 
Being so close to Seattle, it would be especially convenient for members of the VLC to build robots and bring them to the upcoming robot competition to be held at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle on October 6th.
