As for clearances on that curve.  I think it's ok, but check:

just to be sure.  This is only a requirement for the outside loop.  I've
been doing clearance on the inside loop by placing a 1 stud boarder
around a club car and making sure that fits around a corner.

Wow, that's some clearance--I'm going to have to redesign the outside
