Unfortunately I think there will be a problem with Calum's train
station.  If there are curves that close to his module I doubt my 8 wide
trains will be able to make it into the station.  :-(

and an up close view:

From the close up it looks like the track doesn't quite line up with
the edge of the module at the top.  This could also be a problem.

How about this idea, in the interest of making things even bigger. :-)
Change the two half modules under the ramp to Altenburg to full modules.
This pushs the full modules under the main line out half a module.
Then stick your two modules beside them.  This would give you half
module extra width to play with.  You could probably make the same sper
line without having to put the bends in the main lines.

The other thing is I don't think it would be a problem to have the cargo
cranes load a train sitting on one of the main lines.

(...) Ok, I did up a picture of this idea. Marked the modules in Red. (URL) worry about the strange cross over under Altenburg. We don't have to talk about that now, I know how much Chris hates it when I talk about modifying parts. :-) Derek (22 years ago, 11-Oct-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Hello all, I was attempting to get more room for the altenburg port lands... since there is not that much space to begin with... and I came up with this design...
