If you pass in three tracks and passout three tracks, then one module,
96x96. The shed is 96 long and 48 wide, the facade is 96x16, and that
leaves a 96x32 (three road plate) stretch out front.
Let's not get too "territorial"-one of the strengths of the MonLUG layout
was that everyone's "area" overlapped. For example, other than the very
large objects (dams, stations) I'm almost certain people iwll be building
all over.
