some stuff... robot accuracy —Chris Magno
any ideas on how to improve accuracy when your accuracy is not repeatable???? Half the times the block is perfect but the other times it is always different, where do i look? its not like the inaccurate bloc is always in the same position the wrong (...)      (...) There isn't an answer--if your accuracy isn't tight, it won't ever be repeatable unless you fix it somewhere else downstream of the system (ie, a positioner chute like Derek's original idea for example) The block that is off its position is (...)          Re: some stuff... robot accuracy —Bruce Sheridan
If it makes you feel any better, I've been struggling with the same thing myself. My ability to get the XY accuracy down to the top of a tooth IS slowing it down and worse, (like Calum said) it causes a vibration in the EOAT. I don’t have a time (...)    (...) I also have some problems with accuracy, but I am gona igonore it since there is little I can do without a complete redesign.     1110 1010 1110 0000 humm, Ka-on, thank you for this pattern. here are a few that i use to test: 1111 1100 1000 1000 i called this on the stealth bomber. It forced a lot of diagonals for testing.
