Calum, it looks great.I like the fact it has to straddle(sp?) the track. As
someone who hates yellow(I use it for fill or trade/sell away) it looks
good.I tryed building with yellow and was never happy with the way it came out.

Thanks Chris!  I love building with yellow.  In fact, it's one of my
favourite colours alongside white, red and blue.  I find building with black
difficult, and any of the other colours-can't deal with it.  I'm more of a
classic colours kinda builder.  One colour I can't get enough of is grey.
But they don't come in 3033's!

I to have always prefered the classic colors to(not counting yellow of
course). For the first time I'm going away from those colors and building(to
the tune of over $700 already) a tan/brown building (base is on 6 green
32x32 baseplates). These train shows are killing my wallet!

Wow....cool.  Can't wait to see them Chris...

I recently built a small church / chapel  (which is yet to be photographed,
got to reinstall my vision command)  Anyways, it is only on a 32 X 32 (green)
baseplate, and it must have cost me over $100 and I had the basic shell
of the building already.

I am going to be constructing another building in the near future (actually,
I have already laid the foundation for 90% of it....it is going to be 32
X 64 studs.  The most expensive portion of it is going to be the roof tiles,
and the doors and windows.  Well the doors are going to be a killer, since
there are supposed to be 18 doors in the building at $2.00 a door.  Windows
won't be too bad, but I estimate the building is going to be at least $150
mark for building materials.

Lego can be terribly expensive, but tremendously fun and beneficial.

Play well,

Benjamin Medinets
