I think that's about right. We start at 1 or whatever. Each round, whoever can
make it, they make it, if they can't, they sit out. Your "availability" is
basically however many rounds you can run. Obviously if eight robots show up,
we can't wait for all eight every time, as people have varying levels of
"readiness" and "reliability".
Or, we run groups of four at a time, mixing it up. But I think we need to try
this out maybe around noon to get everyone up and on the board to see what's the
optimum number of robots to run at once.
If we can do eight at a time, then eight it is.
If four works out better, then we should do four at a time.
