-10 bots on the play area at once

Hmm, this might be a little cramped.  Lined up perfectly the robots take
1/6 the total play area.  I'm picturing a 8 bots jammed in a corner and
one or two bouncing around in the remaining open space.  But it's still
worth a try.  We can always increase or reduce numbers on the day.

The does bring up a design consideration, you want to build a bot that
can move passed other bots easily without getting hung up.  If you want
to be able to more around a tight swarm of bots like this is going to be.

-multiple entries will be discouraged, or run in a seperate game

Why?

This game needs as many bots as possible.

For my part I want to build multiple bots that are competing with each
other.  Try out different design concepts.  I'm not sure how you could
make them cooperative anyway.  If someone brings more then one bot set
them up so they start apart from each other.  If someone can make them
cooperative not knowing the relative starting positions in advance all
the more power to them.

Are cluster bots allowed.  Starts as a 12" cube but breaks up into
multiple bots.

- scoring is based on multipling blocks in to plocks deposited

Sure.
