Hi,
Question Re: Beavertails.. (the snack)
Went to the Beavertail site. Looked at the picture. Im trying to figure out the
scale of this thing. Are those yellow things on top of the chocolate bananas?
They look like bananas to me (which would make the beavertail quite large,
bigger than a bearclaw) but in the text of the site it doesnt list
chocolate-banana as a flavor. It does however list chocolate-hazelnut. Are those
things sliced (?) hazelnuts? This would make the snack more manageable, and I
could see maybe being able to eat more than one!
I wouldve loved trying one of them, but without the NHL theres no reason for
me to go to Canada.* :(
(*) Qualification: I say that as a fan for over 30 years, who has been to
Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and Toronto several times (each) to see games
(wouldve gone to Montreal too if it werent for the last labor stoppage;
wouldve also gone to Ottawa if not for a death in the family). BTW Im from
Southern California.
Im bummed. Im going to play with my LEGO NHL set.
