Re: Swiss C, always so good for so little....

(...) Things that just bug me to no end... I've been pretty much healthy (physically, not mentally) my entire life, so I don't miss many days due to illnes. But when I do have a cold or a wee bit of a flu, I have no problem taking the day off. But (...) (21 years ago, 11-Apr-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  RE: Do you ever wonder...

Hi, I was at the St. Jacob's Outlet Mall on Wednesday and pickins are pretty slim at the LEGO Outlet. The only things that I saw that might be worthy of a trip are the Gungan Sub co-pack for $39.99 and if you look at the sales counter very closely, (...)   Re: Do you ever wonder...

(...) Sad to say, but true. I have noticed that as well over the last few years. Apparently the new store currently has two large scale LEGO models (built by the company, I believe). One is a large Harry Potter (lifesize) and the other is... I (...) (21 years ago, 11-Apr-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.loc.ca.on)

Swiss C, always so good for so little....

Gentlemen. (I'd like to say ladies and gentlemen; BUT I've yet to meet an AFOL in the TO area who has attended a dinner - not as a SO) so, I'd like to remind people that when we meet tonight at (check the web page (URL) ) we have a few things to (...)   Looking for Ontario LEGO builders (WAS: The Hobby Show 2003)

(...) Hello again everyone, Just a follow-up to last week's posting. It may have been a bit long for a first announcement, so I'll try again..... only with some brevity this time. :) November of this year will mark the first time that LEGO has been (...)   Re: What are people doing for train5?

(...) While I agree in principle, I'd point out that, because of the way we did the tables last time, there *was* a table in that space, where the added module just showed up. Jeff E (21 years ago, 10-Apr-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Who needs fingers when you have legs, was Re: All fingers still attached!

(...) They are collapsible in the sense that you can take them apart. I just found my old power screw driver and amazingly enough it still took a charge. It must be an American model though because it doesn't have Roberson bits. Need the red handled (...) (21 years ago, 10-Apr-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Who needs fingers when you have legs, was Re: All fingers still attached!

(...) I just noticed-- how do those legs collapse? or are the 'Raycraft Spec (tm) two module legs support stand' not collapsible? Just wondering.... Dave K -who may or may not have time this particular weekend to get into a woodshop, but really (...) (21 years ago, 10-Apr-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: What are people doing for train5?

(...) The only reason for the add'l module in the middle is to accomodate the fire station. I can't think of where else to put it. It's 2 road plates deep. But if we nix the firestation, that won't be too big a problem either. Dave K (21 years ago, 10-Apr-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: What are people doing for train5?

(...) Not just that, what little space we had to stand in the middle has gotten smaller. I would really prefer not to have that extra module in the middle. It also breaks the rule of nothing being more then a modules reach away. I like the train (...) (21 years ago, 10-Apr-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
