  Company's coming!

Well, I have word that not ONE but TWO Lego Technic/Mindstorms legends are coming to rtlToronto11: Mario Ferrari AND John Barnes. If that's not reason to light a fire under your pants, I don't know what is. Expedite! Tallyho! Calum (22 years ago, 26-Jul-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: toys for tots...

(...) Be happy that at least your name is *male*. Being named "Calum" is ironically not actually a "calumny." :) But I sympathize completely with your frustration re: people who slaughter the spelling, pronunciation, or even gender. At the end of (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jul-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.people)

  Re: Train? thoughts

(...) If you pass in three tracks and passout three tracks, then one module, 96x96. The shed is 96 long and 48 wide, the facade is 96x16, and that leaves a 96x32 (three road plate) stretch out front. Let's not get too "territorial"-one of the (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jul-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: toys for tots...

(...) Calum is a horrible name. I hate it when people mispronounce it or call me Calvin, or Colvin or worst of all-spell it Callum with two Ls. I had always wished for something else, a normal name, like Rob or Chris or Mario for the love of god. (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jul-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Train? Thoughts 2 - Stop the Insanity

Ok, no one seemed to balk at the last design, so lets go a little further. (URL) off we are still in cloud talk phase, we shouldn't think of anything as set. We should have a big jam session and work out the details. Second I know Jeff VW doesn't (...) (22 years ago, 25-Jul-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Iain, is this yours??

(...) Well, you certainly have taken Iains delta concept to the next level! Amazing! I would love to see it in action!   Trebuchet game (was: Re: rtlToronto13: rtlToronto/castle1)

A few years back, I worked out a game for Lego catapults. I used non-lego (#32R) rubber bands to power them. You had a castle (with the catpult on top) and little destructable village buildings made by placing small roof caps on top of (...) (22 years ago, 25-Jul-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
