have you tried fresh batteries in both the TOWER & rcx??? do you have a good connection at your serial port? do you have a second RCX to try to d/l firmware so you can limit the problem to hardware, software, or transmitter? -- Chris Lego Walker now (...) Hi Everyone, I have been having issues with firmware, wondering if you can help. I have tried to download the stupid firmware from my mindstorms CD about 50 times. It starts out okay, and then does not finish. Gives a message about putting the Rcx (...) (24 years ago, 5-Dec-00, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

If someone wants to lend/sell/trade a large technic turntable at dinner on Friday, I need one quickly for my web-cam bot. Trying to design a stationary stacking tower and I can't without one.
