Re: Are any of our american friends attending?

(...) Indeed. Funky little ride. Airtime coming *into* the station... That was weird. (23 years ago, 9-Aug-01, to lugnet.org.us.michlug, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) It sounds like you guys are going to have an awesome show. Regrettably, I am in CA this week till Friday and have to go to TX next week Monday on rather tight timelines, so I too won't be able to make it. Note to Iain: I *did* add a coaster to (...)   Passing wires at train2

What do you think is the best way to pass wires that need to cross the track? Over or under the track? If over how much height clearance do I need? Jude ParLUGment #1 (23 years ago, 8-Aug-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: train2 rollcall...

(...) That'll trash my tunnel, I imagine :( I think the outside of the curve is OK - those pivots sound like they're near the ends, but the inside corner only has a stud or two to spare. I'll see if I can mod it tonight, but no promises. Jeff E (23 years ago, 8-Aug-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.org.ca.monlug, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment)

  Re: train2 rollcall...

(...) Well I meet the fat 8-wide standard. I should be under 13.2 bricks in height. However I'm more then 50 long. I think the bogy pivit points are at 42 or 44 bump separation. Thats why I say I cut a lot on the corners. Going around a bend two (...) (23 years ago, 8-Aug-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.org.ca.monlug, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment)
