(...) I've been playiong with that as well. The GBC trains that Steve & I have used have a small 8-wide section under the baseplate, made out of 2x2 cylinders. That way they mechanically toggle sensors (or in some cases power sources) at the (...) (18 years ago, 13-Jun-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

So I've been using Mark Riley's DCC for the longest time (as many of you know) (URL) I've probably mentioned this before--I'm trying to automate my layout to basically be a 'GBC'-- (URL) who were at the Christmas train show last year saw the prelim (...) (...) the issue here, I believe, is that I can loop the rope 'almost' into a knot--it'll still be free to move, but at 'go', with a quick yank, it'll be a knot.
