(...) ?? My kids use MS Powerpoint (or the StarOffice equivalent) all the time! The school district we *both* send our kids to requires it for some classes. (...) Yeah, but it looks (based on that single screenshot) like it's way better than the RCX software. Notice the taskbar -- LabVIEW and LEGO Mindstorms show the same icon. (...) Yes - it's aimed at increasing the number of kids programming with NXT. An article I read somewhere estimated only about 30% of RCXes are used by kids. (...) That will depends on how they do their digital fire signal. Given that they are encourging 3rd sensor it's probably very open and not too complex.
