  Re: Contrary to popular belief...

(...) I'm pretty dumb with the town stuff, but I did follow both your ideas. What about putting those Grey parrot pieces in each window, so they're like, stone sculptures up there on display? Or is that really dumb? No, dumb would be having an (...) (20 years ago, 28-Mar-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Underactuated robotic hands

(...) The only thing I can come up with, is to have 2 differentials. The first one (Diff. A) splits input 1 into outputs labeled 2 and 3. Item 2 connects to a 2:1 gear reducer and goes to finger i). Item 3 goes to Diff. B's input (item 4) and it's (...) (20 years ago, 27-Mar-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: I'm good to go...

(...) Interesting... I've built mine more along the lines of an F1 car, lower to the ground and with slicks. I've been working on the assumption that we'll be racing indoors on linoleum, and I found the 8475 tires (both types) to be too slippery. (...)   Re: I'm good to go...

(...) Yep--been there--I've had 3 RCX motors replaced--even one that I had dismantled to check out how it worked--shipped them all the parts and they sent me a new one for free. Take care, Dave K (20 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, FTX)

  Re: I'm good to go...
