There hasn't really been any real world model for a Technic set that really demanded such a long distance...the only one that comes to mind would be the tail rotor of a helicopter or for (...) (...) I tend to design assemblies with long shafts in a method that is analogous to how high power electricity is transmited over long lines. I have a 'bot! It might even work. I still have to program it, though, but I think the construction end is done. (...) Yep, mine too, maybe. Well on Monday night I had a chance to finish building my bot :) It is a tad bigger the the 8" allotment, but you try using those skinny motorcycle wheels (the ones that come in the mindstorms kit) to sit side by side and still have enough space for (...)
