My wife uses tapioca as a filling instead of starch. And she makes me roll out the pie dough. She uses the refrigerated flour, water, and chucky butter method for scratch pastry. (...) Ramp pieces are a no go, they are way too steep. My thought was the racer track would drop to track level. This could be done reasonably quickly, but this could pose a logistical problem.
