look at the bottom of the bucket, if it has the 3 arrows, AND some # in the center, then go on line and look up what that "code" means from the city, and see if they will take it. (...) Really it's a combination of the video card and the monitor. The video card has to be able to generate the high sink rates, and the monitor needs to be able to display them.
