  Trains Trains and Train Shows.

This is a post trying to gauge the interest in exhibiting at the large train show that is held on the october long weekend here in Sydney. Are there people who want to do this? (...) Amongst model trainheads, Lego trains do not enjoy a high acceptance factor. "They're just toys" is the usual comment (I think they mean it as an insult....). There have been a few anti Lego train comments on aus.rail.models in the past. (...) (24 years ago, 6-Mar-01, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au)

I exhibited an N scale layout last year and had success with framing the viewing side of the layout (25mm angle aluminium across the front, about 400mm above the layout height); it (...) (...) Thanks for the tips Larry! Does anyone have any tips on whether a layout of this size is better done as a full "O" rather than a "C" or a "G"? I'd be happy to be involved however I can be.
