Does anyone out there have a Dell Inspiron 8100 laptop? I do, and I'm wondering how the best way to remove the keys to clean the keyboard is. (...) Is it the case that you used the "system restore" utility in WinXP? That should probably have worked. Last night I thought I would upgrade my browser (NS4.7), so I downloaded the latest version (7.02) even though it took about three hours with my slow connection.
