Hmm.. was it formatted with a program of some kind? (Like it was written for
writing CD-R's?) If it is an audio CD, it sometimes does not put that track
marker on it to signifyh the end of the CD. I have had that problem before.
I know the HP CD-RW drive requires it to finish formatting the CD-R before
you can read it on various CD-ROM drives.

| (...) Yes, the original offending CD-R was unsuccessfully written with Adaptec CD-Direct. That has to be the worst CD-writing software ever. Anyway, the offending CD-R doesn't bother me too much.
