From the "Fact-is-Grosser-than-Fiction File": If my Mom is to
be believed (and that's debatable as she fibs a lot---she used
to say I was "gifted"), she didn't have toilet paper growing up.
Instead they had old copies of the Sears-Roebuck catalogue. It was a
pretty large family, and those catalogues weren't printed very
often...
