Oh, wait, my mistake--that article identifies the greenhouse effect as real.
And before anyone gripes about the Clinton News Network pushing a
pointy-headed liberal agenda, the study appears in the scientific journal
Nature, which I suppose some will claim is likewise pointy-headed propaganda.

Besides which--is that assertion based on evidence or rhetoric? I don't
see how third-world countries, which are by definition under-industrialized,
can be blamed for producing more pollution than the United Smokestack of
America.
