I'm answering based on what I think is right and wrong, and how Christopia (not
Libertopia) would be. I suspect that many Libertarians agree. (Though I
disagree with some of what Bruce and Scott said.)

Absolutely.

I waver on this issue. One certainly doesn't have the right to sell their
progeny, so heritable slavery is impossible. But I think I think that selling
oneself is OK. Even though it is irrevocable.

They would be market regulated. And they could open a practice without buying
such a false degree. In many parts of the world, people learn their version of
the medical profession without med school. Consumers should have the right to
patronize those service providers. In the US they largely do not.

Yes. If a sports personality dies while playing their sport, killed by another
person playing that sport, I beleive that there are not usually murder charges.
That is how gladiatorial contest would be handled.
