No, my understanding of Libertarian philosophy is that you can say, "Irish
aren't allowed." Or blacks, or Jews, or fat people, or whatever. People
are free to boycott companies/individuals that do this, of course.
I'll snip the rest 'cause I think you are correct on the other points.
