Meaning that theyre not doing their job... we have an endemic problem in the

Its a little hard to take this too seriously, but Ill try just for a moment of
distraction...
But first, lets make some things clear:
1. HD has terrible service
2. HD is usually very understaffed
3. HD is actually a dangerous place to shop
4. The only thing that brings people in are *some* of the prices
5. If price is no object, why waste your time in a huge checkout line or
wondering around looking for the stuff you need? 6. I wouldnt invest my money
in HD regardless of profit record
I think your argument is something like: I own stock, I am therefore an owner,
management should listen to me.
When I am pretty sure that a management type is just worried about what s/he
gets out of the deal. If you benefit also, thats just a coincident event to the
suit fulfilling his or her own self-interests.
What exactly are you surprised about? This is precisely what is wrong with any
large corporation. Everyone is supposedly pooling resources to turn a profit,
but you as a stockholder are not part of the inner circle -- youre just a
leech. Most large corporations are currently engaged in an endless game of pump
and dump and you had best hope that you are not left holding the bag.
