I actually found some of the stuff at the website pretty good.  Most of it
seems in keeping with what Bill Moyers and the Christic Institute announced
on PBS TV about 14 years ago -- stuff I found more than pursuasive for
reasons of my own.  I am convinced of our govt.'s involvement in drug
running (or has everyone forgotten Ollie North already?).  Where's the big
stretch in much of what is found at that website?  Is it that the CIA was/is
in cahoots with Osama bin Laden? That's a foregone conclusion -- the only
question is: how far does it go?

Think like a Prince, Larry -- so, if you wanted to pass the anti-terrorist
bill and thereby corner the drug market because...

(...) Because I thought it was an interesting link and that it would spark some interesting discussion. And it was, and it did. You all know that I'm mostly in the "can't trust government" camp. Sometimes I find the strangest links in the strangest places... (URL) link was in someone's sig on a www.megatokyo.com discussion forum. I'm dubious at best about the veracity of this particular theory. (23 years ago, 21-Nov-01, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)
