I remember at some point in a discussion someone mentioned the shipping code that LEGO falls under, thus rendering it duty-free--but I can't find the article or (...) You'd get a slip saying that you have a package waiting at the post office on which tariff or duty is owed, you'd go to the PO, and pay the duty. It's been a very long while, but I think they were all rolled in together on the order form, but separated out on the receipt. No complaints (...)
