  Re: Lego Direct?

Not a stupid question -- you just tuned in late. Some months ago, Lugnet had a series of messages from Brad Justus (Lego VP, I think) announcing that the company plans to begin selling bricks in bulk directly to consumers, under the name Lego (...) Dan- (...) Hmmm...when I try to register as a seller, it tells me in blood red that I have not chosen a payment option (I chose all but personal cheques) and a country (there's no box for it).   Exciting finds at Toy Liquidators aka KB Outlet

Well, they were exciting for me-- my knees actually got weak when I spotted that Paradisa box on the shelf tucked under some Res-Q set! I was headed up to the cashier clutching the box in my sweaty palms to beg, wheedle and coax her to check the (...) (24 years ago, 24-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) The 80x60 thumbnails take at an average 3K. To have 50,000 of them would require 150MB of disk space which is about 1/2 of the total Brickbay webhosting disk space so it _is_ possible. The question is, who would do all the rendering? And what (...) (24 years ago, 26-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

If anyone is willing to do a buy-and-ship (for a commission, of course) of one of those Paradisa 6416 Poolside Paradise sets, I would love one. Just one... it's for me to play with, not to sell parts from! Kevin (24 years ago, 27-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

And you'll never believe where they cost $24...FAO Schwartz! That's right, $24! I though there had to be something wrong, but all the five or so they had were $24. I'm not big on parts, and I have the set, so I didn't buy any. They also had the old (...) (24 years ago, 29-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) Didn't see any of this set that I remember. That's almost a decent price, but nowhere near the discount that I got on the other sets. And I don't like Ninja stuff anyway except for parts, so the minifigs do me no good. (24 years ago, 29-May-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
