I didn't know that TLC has about 9 kiosks spread over the nation. One of them is in Sunvalley Mall in Concord, CA (I-680/Willow Pass Road exit). Another is in Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, CA. Can you enlighten me as to what number you've actually called for these? In the past I, too, called 1-800-835-4386, but starting two weeks ago, I get a menu there, on which the only logical thing to do seems to be to press 2 for "place an order." (...)
