Can you enlighten me as to what number you've actually
called for these? In the past I, too, called 1-800-835-4386,
but starting two weeks ago, I get a menu there, on which the
only logical thing to do seems to be to press 2 for "place an
order." That just gets me a message to call 1-800-453-4652.
When I call 1-800-453-4652 I get what seems to be the "overflow"
order service of completely clueless people to whom I have to
explain the whole concept of the phone special. The answer I
got today from them (not that I believed it) was that the only
special this week was that I could order a Hogwart's Castle
(full price), but it would be backordered to January. In other
words, the people at that number had NO idea.
So, what number are you calling, and if it's 1-800-835-4386, what
option are you picking after that?
