I was on eBay and noticed a rather prominent notice that an established seller I had dealt with before would no longer accept PayPal as they wouldn't honor their agreement. Hi, any one knows if there an esay way to transfer funds from a PayPal account to a Neteller one (without an account in a US bank)?
