(...) Yes but it may be a bigger or smaller rip than the competition... can you easily determine what the C2it or WU rates are for the same date as the 1.4941 rate you quote? Yesterday, I considered making a withdrawl from my paypal account for the first time. The exchange rate from $US to $CDN is disappointing. There was a message on the RISKS list that PayPal locks down accounts when their software sees a fraud pattern, and unlocks them when they get around to it. Oh boy. I work for one of the banks that did the IPO. I'm not supposed to voice my true feelings about this whole thing. The numbers though: eBay just paid 24 times sales for a money-losing company.
