<shrug> Doesn't much matter to me. I'd guess keep any excess to cover your
costs from JB#1. Anyone else feel strongly about this?

ps: Was JB#1 the box I sent out without $10 in it? I know I ended up doing
that for one of them, but I can't recall which.
